The 1894 legend of 12yr old Willie Whalley, a spinner in #Saltaire Mill. Showing off on the parapet, he fell 20ft from the bridge on to the tracks at the station. Miraculously, the driver stopped the train with feet to spare & rescued one bruised Willie.
